Humans

Humans are the oldest race but have the shortest lifespan in the world. Humans have an affinity with all elements and take on the element most abundant in the country. They are adapt and learn any type of magic with education. They were the first species the God of Knowledge created. All other races were based on humans.

Stat Bonus: +2 on ANY stat

Traits:
Physical Features:
  • Lifespan: Average of 100 years

  • Average Height: 5ft to 7ft

  • When using magic, their Eye Color / Hair Color / Skin Color (only where the magic is being performed) can change. 

Strengths:
  • Humans are able to be affinity to any element depending on where they are born.

Weaknesses:
  • Humans have shorter lifespans than other races

  • Physical build and Magical resistance is the weakest among all races

Humans

Beastfolks

Beastfolks were humans possessed by animal spirits (exclusive to mammals). There are two types of Beastfolks, those that live in the desert, and the snow. They inherit the animalistic features, strengths, and weaknesses of the animal they inherit. They can manage to adapt to the environment. They can also transform into the animal they inherit for a limited amount of time. They were created by the God of War to create humans that can survive the harsh climate and terrain. Majority of Beastfolks live in Prasinos and Ah'maru.

Stat Bonus: +2 on STR / DEX / CON

Traits:
Physical Features:
  • Lifespan: Average of 150 years.

  • Average Height: 5 to 9ft, depending on inherited animal.

  • Their human bodies have animalistic extensions such as a tail, ear, talons, fangs, fur, and many more depending on their inherited animal. 

  • They can inherit any other natural features of animals (e.g. camouflaging skin, night-vision eyes)

  • Their skin color remains human.

Strengths:
  • Beastfolks have an affinity to Fire, Earth, or Ice.

  • They inherit the animalistic strengths of their inherited animal

  • They can talk to mammals (excl. mythical, magical and legendary animals)

  • They can transform into their animal for a short amount of time

Weaknesses:
  • Desert Beastfolks are weak against the cold 

  • Snow Beastfolks are weak against the heat

Beastfolks

Drakyn

Drakyns are most known for their impeccable strength, and steel endurance. Aside from the dragonic features that strengthen them, their bodies are also batteries of mana that can store up to a year of mana. They are also the longest living race in the world. They can also breathe out pure elemental power. The race was created by the God of War to be her champions during her wars. Now, they are most known to be soldiers in Ah'maru.

Traits:
Physical Features:
  • Lifespan: Average of 1000 years.

  • Average height: 5ft to 9ft.

  • Their human bodies have draconic specie extensions such as dragon tails, scales, talons, fangs, horns and dragon wings. 

  • Their skin color can be of human, or of hues charcoal, crimson, or blue.

  • Their eyes and/or hair can glow or change color in the dark.

  • Other features can change depending on time. (Example: their scales glow in the dark)

Strengths:
  • Drakyns have an affinity to any element and are known to be the masters of the element.

  • Their physical strength is the strongest of all other races, and have harder skins than most.

  • They can fly with their dragon wings.

  • They have the longest endurance and storage of mana, being able to fight for months and not sleep.

Weaknesses:
  • Due to their voluminous amount of mana they can keep, it is often that their emotion greatly affects their magic

  • As much as mana they can store, they also take a long while to recover used mana.

Drakyns

Dryads

Dryads are the people of the forest known for their strong and fast regenerative skills. They have plant life growing from their skin. They are most known to be master healers of the world. Though the plants do not have language, they can feel the emotions of the plants. The Dryads were created by the God of Time to inhibit their timeless forest kingdom. Most Dryads live in Prasinos.

Traits:
Physical Features:
  • Lifespan: Average of 500 years.

  • Average Height: 5ft to 7ft.

  • Their human bodies have plant life growing from their skin such as flowers, leaves. There are occurrences where their skin is wood.

  • Their hair color / eye color / dryad features can change depending on the season, weather or climate. 

Strengths:
  • Dryads have the affinity to Plant and are most known to be the wielders of complex healing magic.

  • They have strong and speedy regenerative skills. Flowers grow from their wounds and immediately heal them, as long as there is mana around. 

  • They can feel plants around them, and can even access memories of plants.

Weaknesses:
  • Dryads are very weak against Fire and Ice.

  • If there is no mana, they cannot heal.

Dryads

Merfolks

Merfolks are the people of the sea with aquatic being features on their bodies. They can breathe underwater, and survive the harshest water current. Merfolks can also breathe above water but require constant hydration. Merfolks also can speak with aquatic species. The race was created by the God of Storm in the pursuit of a better human. Most merfolks live in Marilina due to its moist climate and distance to the ocean.

Physical Features:
  • Lifespan: Average of 200 human years.

  • Average height: 5ft to 7ft.

  • Their bodies have aquatic species extensions such as a fishtail, scales, and fins. 

  • Their skin color can be of human, or hue of blue.

  • Bodily features can change or shift when out of the water, like skin/eye/hair color, fishtails to feet.

Strengths:
  • Merfolks have an affinity to Water and are most known to be the wielders of complex water magic.

  • They can swim great even in stormy seas, and survive against strong currents and whirlpools. 

  • They can speak to aquatic animals.

  • They can breathe in air.

Weaknesses:
  • Merfolks need constant hydration.

  • They are most weak against Lightning and Earth element.

Merfolks

Sylphs

Sylphs are most known for their impeccable mastery over magic. They can see the flow of mana over the world. Most Sylphs live in Kazema who dedicate their lives to understanding magic. Sylphs are also known to be speedsters that can outrace any other race. The Sylphs were created by the God of Peace to uphold her ideals. Most of them live in Kazema as priests, maidens, and teachers of magic.

  • Lifespan: Average of1000 years.

  • Average height: 5ft to 6'5ft.

  • There are two types of Sylphs: the Fae, and the Feathered

    • Fae - Have pointy ears and faery-like wings​

    • Feathered - Have feathered ears and feathered wings

  • They have very pale skin, almost close to white​.

  • Their eyes and/or hair can glow or change color in the dark.

  • Other features can change depending on time. (Example: their wings change color in the dark)

Strengths:
  • Sylphs have an affinity to Wind and Lightning and are most known to be the wielders of complex wind and lightning magic.

  • They can fly swiftly and freely on air, as long as there is mana present. 

  • They can see mana flow on any living thing.

Weaknesses:
  • Sylphs are weak against places that have weaker mana.

  • Sylphs have fragile bodies.

Sylphs

Shades

Not exactly a race, but the Shades are pertained to the people who have been experimented with by the Jury of Salvation and have had their mana engineered to the point of corruption and mutation. They are close to being monsters, bringing along misfortune and literal harm with just the touch of their hands.

The Shades race are not available for public use yet.
