Applications

  • Join Requests

The group only opens to the public every 6 months, for 1-2 months.

  • Character Slots

There are no limit to characters a member can have. Reservation & Application for nth OCs are open to members every other month. 

  1. Characters must be reserved first

  2. OC Ticket / NPC Ticket must exist within inventory of any of their character to submit new character/s
     

  • Application Updates

Any application updates except for the listed below can be done any time. All updates must be informed to the mods through #oc-help-desk channel

Applications that require purchase before update: 

  1. Specie / Race - requires Specie Change item

  2. Background - requires Story Change item​​

    • Any background changes that require revamp of what is existing requires Story change​

    • Any addition to background / events hinted in the background does not require Story change.

    • Any present information do not require Story change.

  3. Residency - requires Immigration Papers item. 

  4. Pets - requires pet purchase from the shops, and a pet application per pet.

  5. Weapon - requires Weapon License item, then purchase weapon and keep in inventory.

  6. For Merchant Trade and Magic Types, they require the respective new Merchant Trade Business License, and Magic Type scroll, and can only be acquired through commissions.

Merchant System

Merchants have their own system. A merchant have specific trades and types to follow, and ranks with perks achieved throughout their stay in the guild. A merchant also have their own shop and business to start trading with the world.

Events

The Merchant Guild holds various events in one month. Every member is invited to host their own event, share more lore about their character, and participate in other events and maximize their stay in the guild. Events are hosted in Discord RP server.

Commissions

Commissions are Requests from Merchants and/or NPCs. Participation is rewarded with gold, item, or even unlocking a small event. Commission have many types differentiated by their requirements. 

  • Art Commissions - Commissions that require art submissions. Gold rewarded with commission multiplier. 

  • RP Commissions - Commissions that require RP participation, and has its own plot. There is 50 gold rewarded, plus addition if necessary. 

  • Drabble Commissions - Commissions that require a drabble response.

Commissions are posted in Discord RP server.​

RPGBot

The group uses a RPGBOT v2 to record and manage balance, inventory, ranks, and shops. The bot also includes rpg functions like crafting, recipes, travelling, skills and many more which the group will also use.
